A Cheaper Advertising Plan For Netflix Viewers Will Be Introduced Soon
Netflix has made the decision to provide more affordable packages to its customers after 200,000 of them left in a single year, according to the streaming service.
Due to escalating costs, the majority of Netflix subscribers canceled their subscriptions, and this was true even after password sharing was banned.
According to Ted Sarandos, CEO of Netflix, fees would be decreased for subscription plans that demand consumers see advertising.
The American publication Hollywood Reporter reports that the advertisement campaign would shortly be unveiled.
Many users claim that they don’t mind advertising, but Netflix is pricey, the CEO noted.
Netflix is less expensive, but we’re going to create an advertising strategy, he said. “For users who want to see the ad is no problem,” he added.
